At JDS AGRO FOODS INDUSTRIES (A division of JDS Foods Products Pvt Ltd), we are committed to delivering high-quality, hygienic, and fresh food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety and quality standards.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Proof such as photos or videos must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned after the allowed time frame
- Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
Products purchased under special offers or clearance sales
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and approve the request
Approved cases will be processed for replacement or refund
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product)
Important Notes
- Natural variations in colour, size, or texture of traditional food products are not considered defects
- Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery
