JDS Super One Orid flour “Dry White” quality is the industry standard for Appalam production , Our JDS super one flour is milled exclusively from premium de-husked white, black gram (Orid Gota). The “Dry White” designation means the beans are processed without moisture tempering before milling, ensuring the flour is stark white.

Our flour is milled to an ultra-fine, talc-like consistency. This allows for a perfectly smooth surface on the Appalam and prevents any graininess when the dough is stretched thin.
